LASER NAVIGATION SENSOR
On the basis of measurement algorithms of angle measurement and distance measurement, special digital signal processing (DSP) is used to carry out position calculation assisted by the Dead Reckoning algorithm, which can improve the real-time performance of position information. The position measurement accuracy is 3mm and the Angle accuracy is 0.1°, which can ensure the control accuracy of AGV.

VISUAL CAMERA
Visual camera adopts visual navigation method based on ground image texture. When the ground surface is worn and texture features are lost, this navigation method can automatically update the map and continue to drive stably. There is no need to install reflector, magnetic stripe, etc., and no need to transform customer site to ensure flexibility and expansibility.
SAFETY SENSOR
The safety sensor can set up different protection zones according to the site conditions (the distance is far, the alarm sounds), the deceleration zone (the distance is far, the alarm sounds are continuous) and the stop zone (the AGV will stop if the distance is close).
